Terms & Conditions


All of our booking terms and conditions are correct at the time of release/issue but are subject to change without prior notice.

Eligibility :

Socatots Leeds is open to girls and boys of all abilities aged from 6 months to 6 years old. See our Training Sessions pages to see what sessions/courses we offer.

Bookings :

Bookings are made on the Socatots Leeds pages of this website and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings for all sessions/courses must strictly be accompanied by full payment.  Until payment is made, your child’s place may be offered to someone else as we are limited to numbers at each age group. Socatots Leeds does not issue invoices and all costs can be found on the Socatots Leeds pages on this website.

We require all places on Socatots Leeds courses to be booked in advance so we can make sure the correct staff : children ratios are met. Registration may be accepted on the day depending on availability.  

Payments :

Payments must be made in advance of your session/course. Payments returned/refused by the bank or that are subject to bank charges must be paid in full by the customer, in addition to the original booking fee.   The responsibility rests firmly with the customer to ensure all payments are valid at the time of booking.

Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel your subscription plan, we require a minimum of 4 weeks notice in writing (via email to leeds@socatots.co.uk).

Refund policy :

Whilst Socatots Leeds do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances, we do offer you the opportunity to catch up any missed sessions on another day in the week before or after your absence, strictly subject to availability.

Should it be necessary for Socatots Leeds Limited to cancel any sessions/courses, as much notice as possible will be given and we reserve the right when possible to add a new date to the sessions/courses or parents will be refunded for the missed session/courses to the bank account they have registered.

Photography & Images :

If you do not want your child to be photographed/recorded, it is your responsibility to tell Socatots Leeds (via email to leeds@socatots.co.uk).   Socatots Leeds and/or other attending parents may take photographs and/or record video during sessions.  As a result your child may feature in images/recordings that may be made available in the public domain, e.g.  through social media sites, our website or through advertising and promotional campaigns.

Liability :

Socatots Leeds Limited does not accept liability for any sickness/damages/injuries or death sustained on our sessions/courses.

Insurance :

All participants are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.

Complaints :

Socatots Leeds feels passionately about delivering the highest standards of coaching and care to all of our players. Our aim is to make sure every child has a fantastic experience at every  session/course. If you or your child are not entirely satisfied with the service we provide, we would like to hear about it. If we are aware of any problems while your child is still attending a session/course, we will aim to resolve this at once.

At first your complaint should be made to the session/course lead coach, who will look into the matter instantly. If you feel the response to the complaint is not acceptable or you would like to take the matter further, the complaint should be made in writing and addressed to:
